Terms and Conditions
The terms for creating a workspace, using applications, and managing your company’s access to Cynergy.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Using Cynergy
Cynergy provides a company workspace for business applications, team access, subscriptions, and operational records. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. By creating a workspace or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms.
You must be authorized to act for the company whose workspace you create or access. Provide accurate account and company information and keep it up to date.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in details secure and use your own account. Tell your workspace owner or contact Cynergy if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Workspace owners and authorized administrators manage invitations, application licenses, seats, and roles. Your access depends on those assignments and can change when your role, membership, or application plan changes.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful business activities and only within your assigned permissions.
- Do not access another company’s records or bypass permission, license, or security controls.
- Do not upload malicious content, disrupt the service, or use it to commit fraud.
- Only enter personal or business information you are authorized to process.
- Do not share credentials or misrepresent another person’s identity.
Applications and billing
Each application may have its own plan, features, seats, limits, and access period. Review the details shown in the App Store or Billing workspace before selecting or changing a plan.
Paid access may be arranged by a platform administrator where online checkout is unavailable. An administrator’s access grant does not itself collect a payment. Any applicable charge, renewal, cancellation, or refund conditions must be communicated before you authorize a payment.
Your business records
Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information it enters, including customer, supplier, employee, sales, and inventory records. Review transactions and reports before relying on them for business or regulatory purposes.
Cynergy processes workspace information to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Archiving records or ending a user’s access does not necessarily delete transaction or audit history. Use available exports to keep the business records your organization needs.
Service and software
Features may change as applications are updated. Availability also depends on your plan, permissions, maintenance, hosting, and other service dependencies. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or replace your responsibility to verify operational results.
Cynergy software, branding, and other platform materials belong to their respective owners. Authorized access permits your organization to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Suspension and changes
Workspace owners and administrators can revoke a member’s access. Platform access may also be restricted for expired or suspended licenses, misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Contact us if a change affects your organization’s use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Questions and support
Contact your workspace owner for membership, role, and company-record questions. For questions about these terms or the Cynergy platform, email our support contact. Include your company name and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
